| Bio: | I identify as female, bi, poly, and Northern, not necessarily in that order. I also identify as a terrifyingly cool Gallic woman leaning against a bridge in the rain smoking Gauloises, but I don't think this bit comes over too well.
In real life, I'm a postgraduate student living in southern England. To pay the bills, I annoy teenagers three days a week. I really want to go and live in an intentional community/cohousing project someday, and I'm currently working towards making this dream a reality.
My research interests are to do with the social construction of sexuality as a form of identity, and with embodied experiences and performances of identity. I’m also interested in the sociology/anthropology of friendship and intimacy, and will bang on about any or all of the above on the slightest provocation. I use this journal mostly as headspace to process what's going on in my life, and also to rant about discuss important issues like spirituality, politics and the length of my hair.
